VACAY Luxury Vacation Properties are cared for and held to a higher standard than an average STR.  All guests are vetted through our property concierge  to insure respect and care of your property.  Our luxury vacation rentals lead the market in owner returns through design, concept and marketing.  We have full time maintenance  and cleaning services on staff.  Our services include listing your property on the top online booking channels, pricing each rental and adjusting prices for specific calendar dates.  We answer inquiries from potential guests and communicate with existing guests.  We also coordinate with the cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure the rentals are prepared.   You do not have to lift a finger while we manage your luxury vacation property for maximum returns.

We spent 3 weeks in Hot Springs and chose to stay here for a few days. The property has EVERYTHING you need. The Host were very attentive and they put a lot of thought into the design , decoration, and amenities. The loft is very spacious. We spent 3 weeks in Hot Springs and chose to stay here for a few days. The property has EVERYTHING you need. The Host were very attentive and they put a lot of thought into the design , decoration, and amenities. The loft is very spacious. The Master is huge with a nice sitting area for relaxing, massive king bed, and an incredible en-suite bath. The second bedroom is very well done with a beautiful Queen bed and a very nice en-suite bath. It’s perfect for two couples or for a small family. There are 2 pull out beds in the living room as well. They provided us with breakfast food, bottle of Prosecco, OJ, salt, pepper, spices, etc…. You will not be disappointed. Also, the Vault is an AMAZING restaurant with an incredible Chef. We will be comparing all the properties soon.

The pictures online just don't prepare you for how beautiful this place is ! We had the most relaxing week at Mermaid Manor. A few things we loved - 2 washers and 2 dryers :) , fully stocked kitchen, and EVERTHING about the outdoor area. The hosts were super easy to work with and very helpful.
